Power/Battery

The Premium version is designed for and ships with 18V RIDGID brand tool batteries. A 4Ah battery (as shipped) will power the board for at least 4hr (we measured just under 5hr in our tests), assuming full brightness and continuous play. As the board goes into power save after approx. 10 minutes of no goal being scored, the included battery should last your entire event!

Need longer playtime?

If you have a long event, competition, or just want to have some extra wiggle room - you have options!

  • Double up on batteries (each board can take up to two batteries at once)
  • Purchase a larger size RIDGID brand tool battery (as of the time of writing, you can purchase up to 12Ah batteries - need to play cornhole for 24+hr straight? 2x 12Ah batteries per board will do that for you!)
  • Connect an AC adapter to the board for indefinite play! This option is great if the boards will be installed somewhere permanent like a work break room.
  • (Advanced DIY users) Take things into your own hands! The control system has 2x standard XT60 inputs which connect to the included RIDGID batteries. If you have some batteries within 12-24V that use an XT60 connector, they will work without issue!
